Red Bell Pepper Dipping Sauce for Crudités

Ingredients:

6 lbs Wild Veggie Red Bell Pepper
30 lbs Cream Cheese, softened
3 pts Lemon Juice
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper
Garnish Chopped Chives

Procedure:
