Ingredients:
6 lbs Wild Veggie Red Bell Pepper
30 lbs Cream Cheese, softened
3 pts Lemon Juice
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper
Garnish Chopped Chives
Procedure:
- Mix first five ingredients together until smooth
- Garnish with chives
