Red Bell Pepper Dipping Sauce for Crudités
Ingredients: (Yield: 6 oz.)
1 oz Wild Veggie Red Bell Pepper
5 oz Cream Cheese, softened
½ oz Lemon Juice
To-Taste Salt
To-Taste Pepper
1 tsp Chives, chopped
Procedure:
- Mix first five ingredients together until smooth
- Garnish with chives
