Red Bell Pepper Jelly Made From Wild Veggie Red Bell PepperCold Edamame Ginger Soup

Ingredients: (Yield: 1 quart)

24 oz Wild Veggie Edamame
8 oz Chicken Stock, prepared
½ oz Green Onion, whites, thinly sliced
2 oz Ginger, minced
2 tbsp Butter
4 oz Cream
To-Taste Salt
To-Taste Pepper

Procedure:

  • Sweat onions and ginger in butter
  • Add Wild Veggie Edamame and chicken stock - simmer for 10 minutes
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper
  • Cool, add cream and chill well
  • Season with salt and pepper
