Edamame Lime Sorbet
Ingredients: (Yield: 1/2 gallon)
32 oz Wild Veggie Edamame
16 oz Sugar
16 oz Water
1 oz Lime Juice
1 tbsp Lime Zest
Preparation:
- Bring Wild Veggie Edamame, sugar and water to a boil
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Stir in lime juice
- Strain through a fine strainer into an ice bath and cool
- Add lime zest
- Place in ice cream machine and mix for 12 minutes
Assembly:
- Serve with fresh mint sprigs
