Red Bell Pepper Jelly Made From Wild Veggie Red Bell PepperCauliflower & Potato Soup

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Wild Veggie Cauliflower
1 potato (peeled and diced)
½ chopped onion
2 cups milk
1 tbsp of unsalted butter

Preparation.

Thaw 2 cups of Wild Veggie Cauliflower and set aside.

In a sauce pan, add the butter and sauté the onion and diced potato for 5 minutes on low to medium heat.

Add 2 cups of Wild Veggie Cauliflower, boil for 1 minute and then simmer.

Add milk and stir well.

Add a dash of salt, pepper, and/or curry powder for additional flavor!
