Cauliflower Whipped Potatoes
Ingredients: (Yield: 10 servings)
2 lb Potatoes, white
5 oz Wild Veggie Cauliflower
3.5 oz Heavy Cream, warm
4.5 oz Butter
To-Taste Salt
To-Taste Pepper
Procedure:
- Scrub, peel and cut the potatoes into medium pieces
- Boil until tender enough to mash easily
- Drain and dry in oven
- Mash and add cauliflower, cream, butter, and salt and pepper to taste
