Fresh Carrot Smoothie
Ingredients: (Yield: 4 servings)
1 cup Wild Veggie Carrot
2 cups Ice
1 cup Vegetable Broth
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp White Pepper
Preparation:
- Place Wild Veggie Carrot and ice in blender
- Blend until ice is crushed
- Add remaining ingredients, blend until smooth
- Serve immediately
