Carrot Aioli
Sandwich Spread or Dip
Ingredients: (Yield: 1 pint)
1/2 lb Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Wild Veggie Carrot
2 tsp Roasted Garlic Puree
1 tsp Onion, grated
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp White Pepper
3 tbsp Green Olives, sliced
Preparation:
- Blend cream cheese, Wild Veggie Carrot, garlic, onion and seasonings together until smooth
- Fold in sliced olives
