Red Bell Pepper Jelly Made From Wild Veggie Red Bell PepperBroccoli Cheese Sauce for Baked or Poached Fish

Ingredients: (Yield: 4 servings)

8 ounces Wild Veggie Broccoli

½ ounce Corn Starch

1 ounce Water

To Taste Salt

To Taste White Pepper

Garnish Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Sauce Preparation:

  • Heat Wild Veggie Broccoli in sauce pan
  • Make mixture with cornstarch and water
  • Add cornstarch mixture to Wild Veggie Broccoli, whisk, bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes until thickened
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper

Assembly:

  • Place fish on plate
  • Top with sauce
  • Garnish with cheddar cheese
