Broccoli Cheese Sauce for Baked or Poached Fish
Ingredients: (Yield: 4 servings)
8 ounces Wild Veggie Broccoli |
½ ounce Corn Starch |
1 ounce Water |
To Taste Salt |
To Taste White Pepper |
Garnish Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
Sauce Preparation:
- Heat Wild Veggie Broccoli in sauce pan
- Make mixture with cornstarch and water
- Add cornstarch mixture to Wild Veggie Broccoli, whisk, bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes until thickened
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
Assembly:
- Place fish on plate
- Top with sauce
- Garnish with cheddar cheese
