Broccoli Flan
Ingredients: (Yield: 5 Servings)
8 oz Wild Veggie Broccoli
2 oz Heavy cream
4 each Eggs
To-Taste Salt
To-Taste Pepper
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients in bowl and fill buttered containers ¾ full
- Place containers in deep roasting pan and fill 2/3 full with hot water
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes
