Red Bell Pepper Jelly Made From Wild Veggie Red Bell PepperBraised Chicken with Spicy Red Bell Pepper and Ginger Sauce

Ingredients: (Yield: 4 servings)

2 oz Vegetable Oil
1- 2-1/2 lb Chicken, cut into 8 pieces
To-Taste Salt
To-Taste Pepper
2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp Ginger, chopped
1 small Fresh Hot Chili, chopped
20- 24 oz Wild Veggie Red Bell Pepper
¼ cup Chinese Parsley, chopped

Preparation:

  • Heat oil in skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, brown on both sides
  • Remove and reserve chicken
  • Drain excess oil from pan
  • Sauté garlic, ginger, and chili, add Wild Veggie Red Bell Pepper
  • Simmer 10 minutes, add chicken, cover and braise in 350° oven for 20 min
  • Plate, top with parsley and serve
