Production begins with fresh, in-season vegetables picked at the peak of flavor that are washed, micro-cut, fast cooked at low temperature and quick-frozen to retain real vegetable taste, texture and nutrition. This process protects the micronutrients needed to promote good health and produces a color stable vegetable product with a two-year frozen shelf life.
